Shipping policy

We currently ship within the UK only, and UK shipping is free on all orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays — any orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail 1st Class typically delivers within 1–2 working days, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

International orders
We don't currently offer international shipping as standard, but we're happy to see what we can do. Email us at retail@jalexswift.co.uk with your location and order details, and we'll let you know if it's possible and what it would cost.
